Turkey Beef Agreement (2017)

 

Turkey  has recently signed up an agreement for the export  to Turkey of Beef Cattle Livestock with some selected countries through the aproval of some export health certificates named ASE-247 for the meat livestock slaughter procedures for export to Turkey...

Calves of the Limousin breed

 

The Limousin breed has a chestnut red coat or coat, which is lightened towards the extremities and inside the belly.The horns have an elliptical shape and are inserted behind the nape of the neck, and the mucous membranes have a pink hue. They do not have spots. They have a short head, broad forehead and snout, short neck and a well defined hind quarter.

 

Its meat is characterized by its high performance, its low coverage of fat and its good quality. The excellent positioning of the Limousin meat spread in all the markets, is based mainly on the reduced proportion of bone and fat in the beef, the consistency of the fiber muscle and fine texture above all in a physiological precocity that translates into the anticipated maturity of the meat. By virtue of its genetics, the yield in the beef is superior between 2 and 3% to any breed.

 

The animals will be sold when they have between 8 and 12 months of life and between 650 and 750 kilograms of approximate weight.

 

 

Calves of the Charolais breed

 

The charolais race is a white or creamy white race; the hair can be short in summer, it thickens and it lengthens during the cold seasons it has a very good meat conformation. It is appreciated for the quality of its meat, low in fat derived from its past as a breed of work.

 

The animals will be sold when they have between 8 and 12 months of life and between 650 and 750 kilograms of approximate weight.

 

 

Belgian bluecalves

 

The Belgian blue breed has a lot of ability to convert food into lean muscle, which causes the meat of these particular breeds to  have a reduced fat content. Belgian blue owes its name to its mottled hair color, usually bluish-gray, but its color may vary from  white to black.

 

The animals will be sold when they have between 8 and 12 months of life and between 500 and 550 kilograms of approximate  weight.
